Cancellations & Changes
What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule my stay?
At Domaine 10, we'll do everything we can to make your stay go ahead. If you do need to cancel, the following policy applies:
Scenario 1 — We can resell your room
In that case, you'll receive a voucher worth what you've already paid. This is valid for one year , from the date of your original stay. So you keep 100% of your investment.
(You will receive the Sexy Cheque the week after the date of your original stay)
Scenario 2 — We cannot resell your room
In that case, we will retain the room rate for the booked stay. Did you pay more than the room rate (e.g., for massages or extras)? → The remaining balance will be refunded the week after the original booking date.
Massages and extras are always paid in full in advance .
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the agreed time, the full amount of the massage or extra will be refunded (as long as the room price remains covered as above).
If you cancel within 48 hours before the start, we will retain 100% of the massage fee or extra (our masseurs and suppliers will already be scheduled and prepared).
This way, the value of your payment and our planning remain properly protected.
