Is mijn boeking direct bevestigd?

Nee, je reservering is pas definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Zolang we de betaling niet ontvangen hebben, blijft de kamer beschikbaar voor andere gasten. De overschrijving geldt als jouw bevestiging – je ontvangt hiervoor geen extra mail. ( Namiddag geen aanbetaling nodig)

Hoe verloopt de betaling?

Waarom moet ik een screenshot van mijn betaling sturen?

Om te vermijden dat je gewenste kamer intussen door iemand anders wordt geboekt, vragen we je een screenshot van je overschrijving via WhatsApp te sturen. Zo kunnen we je reservatie direct vastleggen, ook als de bankvertragingen heeft.

Ja, op aanvraag voorzien we graag een factuur. Facturen worden pas opgemaakt na de boekingsdatum en de volledige betaling van het saldo.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Baroque & Oriental rooms: Check-in from 9pm, check-out at 10am.

Versailles room: Check-in from 8pm, check-out at 12pm (Versailles always has its own rhythm!).

Day Use: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours within this block).

Afternoon rental: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Versailles: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).

Specific packages have their own check-in/check-out times.
Can I check in early or check out later?
Yes, this is possible depending on availability.

Early check-in or late check-out is included in certain packages.

Without a package this can be €25 per additional hour.
Important: Please let us know in advance so that The Secret Butler can prepare your room on time.
Food & Drink
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Preferably not. At Domaine 10, everything revolves around an exclusive culinary experience. 24/7 room service is available to provide you with everything you need. We kindly request that you do not bring your own food or drinks.
How does Room Service work?
Our room service closet guarantees complete discretion. Need something?
Send a WhatsApp message between 7am and 11pm.
After 11:00 PM you can call us for urgent matters.
You never have to meet us in person.
Can I book breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Yes, you can choose from a full breakfast, lunch, or gourmet dinner. You can book this during your reservation or afterward through The Secret Butler.
We also offer a small menu available 24/7, without prior notice. For lunch or dinner, we do ask that you reserve at least 24 hours in advance, as we work exclusively with fresh ingredients.
You can choose from fish, meat, or vegetarian options, but we're keeping things interesting: the dish remains "Secret." Freedom for you, and for our chef. Of course, you can let us know in advance what you absolutely don't like, so we can accommodate you.
Can I combine a package with an overnight stay?
Yes, you can book additional packages with your overnight stay or extend your stay.
Select this when booking, but you can always add extras later via The Secret Butler.
Can I book additional massages or extras?
Yes, massages and extras can be booked during your stay.
Please contact The Secret Butler to discuss your wishes.
Massages must be paid in full in advance.
Massages
Are all massages erotic?
Yes, in varying degrees. Some are purely relaxing, others stimulatingly sensual. Every massage is professional and discreet.
Can I choose my own masseur?
You can choose between a male or female massage therapist, but we don't share photos. It's about the experience, not the looks. Our massage therapists are experts in touch, energy, and body communication.
What does a massage entail?
The massage takes place in your own room. You'll receive a questionnaire beforehand to indicate your preferences and limits. Color codes are used during the massage to indicate what you enjoy:
🟢 Green: Awkward, but the masseur can continue.
🟠Orange: Stop this action and continue with something else.
🔴 Red: The massage stops immediately.
What if I book a massage with 1 masseur in a room with more than 2 people?
There will always be a silent attendant present for safety. This person won't watch and will sit quietly by the fireplace with their back to you.
Can I take photos or videos during the massage?
No, taking photos or video recordings during massages is strictly prohibited. This is out of respect for the discretion, privacy, and professionalism of both our masseurs and our guests. At D10, everything revolves around experiencing the moment, without distractions. We therefore ask that you strictly respect this rule so you can enjoy the experience undisturbed.

Can I come with more people?
Baroque: Max. 2 persons.
Oriental: 2 to Max. 4 persons.
Versailles: 2 to Max. 6 people.
Parties? The entire estate can be rented for up to 40 people.
Can I rent the domain for a private party?
Yes, the entire complex can be privately rented for parties up to 40 people, with or without catering, entertainment, and workshops. Themes such as Eyes Wide Shut, Histoire d'O, and 50 Shades of Grey can be fully customized.
The Pandora Box & Love Products
What is the Pandora Box?
A mysterious chest full of toys, available in every room. You can rent the key to discover and use the contents, but all items remain the property of D10.
Can I buy toys or products?
Yes, all items from the Pandora Box can be purchased new. There's also an exclusive selection of oils, candles, toys, and Love Boxes (for her, for him, together, BDSM). When you book, you'll receive a WhatsApp link to our online store.

Cancellations & Changes
What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule my stay?
If you have to cancel, we will put the room back on sale.
If this works, you'll receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for one year from the date of the original booking.
If this doesn't work, we'll keep your deposit for the room rate.
Have you already paid more than the room rate? We'll retain the room rate, and you'll receive the remaining balance in a voucher valid for one year from the date of the original booking.
