How can I make a reservation?

You can easily book an overnight stay, Day Use or afternoon rental via this website. Day Use and afternoon rental are not confirmed immediately. For your own convenience, we recommend contacting The Secret Butler via 0483 097 078 (WhatsApp or call) or via info@domaine10.be
Is my booking confirmed immediately?

No, your reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit. As long as we have not received the payment, the room will remain available for other guests. The transfer is your confirmation - you will not receive an extra email for this. (No deposit needed in the afternoon)

Overnight stays via the website are confirmed immediately after payment of the deposit.

Day Use and afternoon rentals are only final after confirmation via WhatsApp by The Secret Butler.
How does payment work?

For overnight stays and Day Use we ask for an advance payment of the room rate only.

No deposit is required for afternoon rentals.

Massages must be paid for in full in advance.

The remaining payment can be made in cash, by instant bank transfer or via the Room Service cabinet.
Why do I need to send a screenshot of my payment?

To avoid your desired room being booked by someone else in the meantime, we ask you to send a screenshot of your transfer via WhatsApp. This way we can immediately record your reservation, even if the bank has delays.
How does payment work?

For an overnight stay we ask for an advance payment of the full room price, excluding extras (not applicable to afternoon rentals).

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, we are happy to provide an invoice upon request. Invoices are only issued after the booking date and full payment of the balance.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Baroque & Oriental rooms: Check-in from 21:00, check-out at 10:00.

Versailles room: Check-in from 8pm, check-out at 12pm (Versailles always has its own rhythm!).

Day Use: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours within this block).

Afternoon rental: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Versailles: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).

Specific packages have their own check-in/check-out times.
Can I check in early or check out later?
Yes, this is possible depending on availability.

Early check-in or late check-out is included in certain packages.

Without a package this can be done at €25 per additional hour.
Important: Please let us know in advance so that The Secret Butler can prepare your room on time.
Food & Drink
Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Preferably not. At Domaine 10, everything revolves around an exclusive culinary experience. 24/7 room service is ready to provide you with everything you need. We kindly request that you do not bring your own food or drinks.
How does Room Service work?

Our Room Service Cabinet guarantees complete discretion. Do you need anything?

Send a WhatsApp message between 7am and 11pm.

After 11:00 PM you can call us for urgent matters.
You never have to meet us in person.
Can I book breakfast, lunch or dinner?

Yes, you can choose from an extensive breakfast, lunch or gastronomic dinner. This can be done during your booking or afterwards via The Secret Butler.

We also offer a small menu that is available 24/7, without having to notify us in advance. For lunch or dinner, we do ask you to reserve at least 24 hours in advance, as we only work with fresh ingredients.

You can choose between fish, meat or vegetarian, but we keep it exciting: the dish remains 'Secret'. Freedom for you, but also for our chef. Of course you can let us know in advance what you absolutely do not like, so that we can take this into account.
Can I combine a package with an overnight stay?

Yes, you can book additional packages with your overnight stay or extend your stay.

Can I book additional massages or extras?

Massages
Are all massages erotic?

Yes, in different degrees. Some are purely relaxing, others stimulatingly sensual. Each massage is professional and discreet.
Can I choose my own masseur?

You can choose between a male or female masseur, but we do not share photos. It is about the experience, not about the looks. Our masseurs are experts in touch, energy and body communication.
How does a massage proceed?

The massage takes place in your own room. Beforehand you will receive a questionnaire to indicate your preferences and boundaries. Color codes are used to indicate what you like during the massage:

What if I book a massage with 1 masseur in a room with more than 2 people?

Can I take photos or videos during the massage?

Can I rent the domain for a private party?

Yes, the entire complex can be rented privately for parties up to 40 people, with or without catering, entertainment and workshops. Themes such as Eyes Wide Shut, Histoire d'O and 50 Shades of Grey can be fully customized.
The Pandora Box & Love Products
What is the Pandora Box?

A mysterious chest full of toys, available in every room. You can rent the key to discover and use the contents, but all items remain the property of D10.
Can I buy toys or products?

Yes, all items from the Pandora Box can be purchased new. In addition, there is an exclusive selection of oils, candles, toys and Love Boxes (for her, for him, together, BDSM). When booking, you will receive a WhatsApp link to our online store.

Cancellations & Changes
What happens if I want to cancel or move my stay?

If you have to cancel, we will put the room back up for sale.

If this works, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for 1 year from the date of the original booking.

If this does not work, we will retain the deposit of the room price.

Have you already paid more than the room rate? Then we will retain the room rate, and the balance above the room rate will be returned to you in a voucher, valid for 1 year from the date of the original booking.
